Dr. Kevin Hahn

Dr. Hahn is President and Chief Scientific Officer of Ivaoes Animal Health. Ivaoes manufactures and distributes animal health pharmaceutical products with an emphasis on those products that provide companion animal sedation, anesthesia, and pain relief. He leads development, manufacturing, and registration teams so that products may be approved for use by veterinarians. Kevin is a board-certified Veterinary Medical Oncologist with a PhD in Cytogenetics. He’s been a university professor, a specialty veterinary practice owner, creator of tele-health and clinical research businesses, a corporate director, chief medical officer, chief scientific officer, cub master, and continues to be an overall nice guy. Kevin is actively engaged in academic, national, and international organizational committees; serves as an Editorial Board Member and Reviewer on many international scientific journals; and chairs or advises Masters, PhD candidates, and medical residents. He has authored 100s of peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts, chapters in veterinary textbooks, invited papers, abstracts, and scientific proceedings useful in the management of human, companion animal, and exotic animal conditions. He is recognized internationally in the discipline of Veterinary Medical Oncology and is an active leader in the animal health industry - particularly in the Kansas-Missouri Animal Health Corridor. He currently serves actively as a Board Member for the YMCA of Topeka, GO Topeka, Petco Love, and Rocky Vista University. Personally, Kevin enjoys active participation in community programs that support youth education, promote citizenship, advocate social responsibility, and strengthen the human-animal bond.
