Cooper is a sweet dog with a heart of gold and a special talent. He is deaf and understands a variety of commands through American Sign Language, including "no," "sit," "wait," "potty," "come," "ball," "treat," "food," and "water."
Copper's favorite activities include car rides, walks, snuggling with his people, lounging, being brushed, and getting belly rubs. He has a medium energy level, so a backyard for fetch would be amazing but he'd do okay in an apartment or condo with someone that likes going for walks.
His ideal home would be one with humans who are at least 6 years old and over and the only dog unless his new family is mindful that he doesn't like sharing treats and toys. We don't know about cats or other small furry creatures.
