Coapluan is ready to add love to your home!
Meet Coapluan (pronounced Cope-len)
Age: 10 months old
Gender: Male
Breed: Shepherd Mix
Weight: 65 lbs.
Coapluan has had a rough start to life. He was left in a broken bucket at a park at just a month old.
Coapluan is a big puppy and he will continue to grow. Due to growing up and being in the shelter for more than 260 days he will need training to catch him up on manners. With patience, commitment, and the love he’s been missing all his life, he can do this. We believe in this dog, and we need someone to believe in him, too.
Coapluan is extremely friendly and outgoing. He loves everyone and everything with all his heart. He’s very active and loves to go for long runs with his volunteer friends. He’s clumsy and goofy, but has a sweet side that wins everyone over. He loves car rides and watching people go by. His favorite movie is G-Force, his favorite snacks are watermelon and chicken nuggets. He does well for bathtime and will give you lots of kisses.
Coapluan will do best in a patient, understanding, active home. He’s a big puppy but he still tries his best to be the best boy he can. He would love a home that can provide training and structure while he adjusts to living in a home. He would love another dog in the home to show him the ropes and play with him.
He loves everything so much, he has potential to live with cats as well with slow introductions and training him to be gentle. He may be too much for small children but would be happy in a home with kiddos that like to play with him as well. He’ll be a great dog, but he needs a chance. See Coapluan in action here.
